The doctor and nurse were very caring and understanding. Nurse Lusine was excellent — professional, gentle, and clearly skilled. I would definitely recommend this place.
My first review was deleted, but patients deserve to know. I went over a week without my asthma medication because this office ignored calls from me and my pharmacy. When the prescription was finally sent, it was the wrong one, and I was hung up on when I asked for clarification. I ended up in urgent care for relief. The staff seemed more focused on billing another appointment than helping me. I've switched providers and cannot recommend this office.
Everything was good but waiting time was long. Lucy was too good I'm happy the way she did help me.
I that my three months visit today and had my bloodwork done The nurse I think her name is Lucy and she was amazing first time I had bloodwork done and felt no pain and was not scared Nurse Lucy is wonderful she really cares for the patients Thank you
