Experienced low transparent pricing
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a vendor, much less a doctor. Soon after I purchased the hearing aids from Dr. Lerner for $3500, the charging mechanism stopped working. I called the manufacturer and they said to contact the distributor (Dr Lerner) directly. I called six (6) times, and left messages with each call. I was particularly concerned that this issue be addressed before my daughter's wedding. My mother left his office in tears and now is scared to go to another doctor thanks to his ignorance, and rudeness! My mother had a balance test with him and he denied to take her in because she couldn’t speak English fully. She fully understands English, only has verbal issues. He shamed her in front of the entire office, even everyone in the office thought he was beyond rude and out of line. They don’t care for the patients whatsoever
Been going here for years and Dr Lerner is excellent! I feel that I’m in great hands medically as well as technologically. He’s up on the latest hearing aids and makes sure that his patients get the best value.
