My biggest complaint is that Dr. Damiani's staff is hostile, and I don't know why. It is starting to overshadow Dr. Damiani's natural warmth and dedication. They faxed blood orders twice that weren't received at my local lab. They admit that a lot of places don't get their faxes and yet behave as if this is my fault. They won't email or snail mail me the blood order.
The receptionists at this office are quite rude, that is if you happen to call the office to tell them about the pain you are in after an extraction. They lied to me when I did this. The receptionist said Damiani could not give me any pain medication. These people are idiots.
