I have an HMO, and they made sure my referral and prior authorization were good before seeing me. Turns out the paperwork that my primary care doctor did wasn't completed correctly, so Dr. Morales' staff gave me time to reschedule and get my PCP's office to fix it. I appreciate them for checking and letting me know, because without fixing it, my insurance would not have covered the visit, and I would have had to pay for the visit out of my own pocket.
Dr. Morales has always been very attentive, kind, and thorough. He's taken excellent care of my husband for several years. We highly recommend him. His staff has always been very nice and professional.
Dr. Morales is a wonderful doctor and a great communicator. Had two ablations preformed by Dr. M and since have not had a single event in 2 1/2 years. I was naturally a little nervous about the procedures but Dr. Morales explained everything thoroughly and I could not be happier with my decision to go thru with the life changing operation. Thank you so much Dr. Morales, your the best!
