Dr. Pangilinan was an absolute pleasure to see at U of M. My mom has a TBI and substantial vision loss from a car accident 35 years ago and Dr. Pangilinan treated her with the upmost respect at her appointment. By far one of the best specialists she’s seen for her condition. If you’re looking for an intelligent, straightforward, empathetic neurologist, Dr. Pangilinan is your man.
