My father was a patient of Dr Peppard's and I would take him to appointments. Yes we experienced the rudeness of his wife. Also over 10 years unfortunately we also experienced the arrogant attitude of the Dr too. He changed a medication of my father's causing a severe mental reaction and when I mentioned it he was rude and dismissed it. The straw that broke the camels back was his wife lying and insulting myself after she screwed up a scheduled appointments details. I fired him that day
Is definitely not a cherry flavoured soft drink, found that out the hard way. I called Lisa to get a can from Dr Pepper himself and she was not happy on the phone.
I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr Peppard. Dr Peppard is fantastic, but the problem is you have to go through his receptionist who is his wife, and you will find her the rudest and most disrespectful person you have ever come across.
All the poor reviews about Lisa Peppard are correct which unfortunately I had to find out for myself. I would highly recommend staying away from this practice unless you want to deal with Lisa Peppard, who is the doctor's wife and unfortunately seems untouchable when it comes to her position. She clearly doesn’t care about her patients. After being referred to Dr Peppard, I received an email from Lisa that was riddled with spelling mistakes and even had the wrong date for my appointment. I have seen Dr Peppard for many years and he successfully manages my chronic migraines. I have been extremely happy with my management. Dr Peppard is a kind, considerate, proficient and very helpful specialist and I highly recommend him.
