c: Complaint. Dr. Jones told me she will send me to a specialist, but there will be no answers for me there either. Next, the doctor sent me on my way, thinking I had been given my prescription that I have to have to function. She was unable to prescribe the medication, which is fine, but she never told me that; she only made me feel bad about taking medication that isn’t even a narcotic. Dr. Jones has been my ob for years. She delivered my daughter. She is the only doctor I can honestly say I would trust with my life. Almost 10 years ago, there was a lump in my breast. She reiterated multiple times that I needed to get a biopsy scheduled. Thankfully, it turned out to be nothing. However, she was not taking any chances with my health. She didn’t put me off. She took it very seriously. I’m thankful for that.
Ran a bunch of tests I didn't need so now a routine annual exam cost me $535 out of pocket. Won't send an itemized bill. Sketchy. Stay away.
