So hard to find a Dr who is thorough and genuine, who will listen to your symptoms and actually try to find a cure or reason. Dr Aligiannis (and Nurse Nicole) are worth the wait and fees. Both knowledgeable with children as well
Walked in to a completely empty waiting room and asked the receptionist to see a doctor due to a bad cramp and numb left arm with chest pains. She told me the dr can't see me. The place was deserted. Not a single patient in sight. Even after insisting to see the dr she turned me away and told me to walk around the area and I may find another doctor
I cannot thank Dr Aligiannis and staff at Padstow Doctors Plus!!! If you are looking for an amazing doctor, this is the one. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. This is a massive thing as first impressions are always lasting ones. Dr Aligiannis was not only very professional and knowledgeable but also very understanding & caring. 10/10 - would highly recommend her!!!
Dr Penelope is a great doctor based on Padstow, she is always on time and takes the effort to get to know her patients and their circumstances. Unfortunately with the state of Medicare in Australia doctors can no longer afford to bulk bill without seeing as many patients in a short as time as possible, I am much happier making a gap payment and getting a better and more personalized service.
