Back to Dr. Yu for a procedure this time as she'd been watching a cracked tooth and now it was time for a crown. The best part was the pre-needle numbing jelly - I really didn't feel any of the shots. Now I have a temporary crown and when I mentioned I'd be going out of town in a few weeks, they even gave me an emergency pack of cement in case the temporary comes out. She takes time with you and gives you choices. Her whole staff is welcoming and helpful.
Dr. Yu is really knowledgable and does a really great job explaining everything. She has a lot of common sense which I have found other dentists lacking. She explains everything, treats you like a person and does a really good job numbing without you even feeling the needle! Overall I am really satisfied and if any women out there feel like they're pain has been ignored or they've been gaslighted, you'll be glad to know Dr. Yu will believe you and will figure out whats going on.
