Very rude and condescending doctor. We saw Dr. Loo a while back for our child's behavioural issues. For every question we had, she answered with arrogance and impatience. We were 5 mins into the appointment describing the issues, then she just snapped "So what are you after? A diagnosis for ASD / ADHD or what?" At that point she had not even looked at or talked with my child. Very unprofessional.
I wish I read the reviews prior to spending $300. We booked with Dr Loo as we were referred by our GP and other Allergists in the area are a wait of around 5 months and we were desperate. Rude, unhelpful and extremely dismissive of our lived experience. Please consider seeing a different allergist, Dr Julie Belousoff was fantastic with our other allergy child.
Dr James Ying is a smart wonderful doctor. He saved my husband after a heart attack. I love that he is direct. He knows what he’s talking about. Best dr ever
Dr Loo was extremely informative and helpful. She gave me great piece of mind. She was also great with my daughter, who loved her "magic trick" at the end of the appointment. Running on time also which is a bonus! Thanks Dr Loo for your care.
Charged $500 but did nothing. Super rude!!!! How come she is allowed to be a paediatrician?????
