They were recommended to us but it is futile to try and call to get an appointment. They simply don't answer their phone. I have tried to call no less than 5 times and remained on the line holding with a repeating recording 5-15 minutes each time with the last time giving a recording that it was lunch time. Their answering service would not work. I guess I will have to get in the car and drive there just to make my appt.
