I called on Thursday to schedule an appointment as soon as I get the chance for a loose tooth I am dealing with. I didn't receive a call back until Monday morning, at which point I decided to accept it. The appointment was scheduled for 2:45, so I replied that I would accept an earlier time if one became available. She confirmed it; the best and only time was 2:45, so I confirmed.
