I was referred to Dr loredo from a friend. Well.....I visited him and we had scheduled surgery due to "trigger finger" 4 weeks out, I am a heart patient on blood thinners and needed a release from my heart doctor, for 3 1/2 weeks I heard nothing about the release and further instructions. I had to call Loredos office 2 times to follow up about instructions to stop taking blood thinners and pay my deductible for this sugery.
