After multiple Drs and rehabilitation programs with little to no relief Dr. Loredo identified the problem right away. Him and his staff are great! I continue my care with them today and would not trust going anywhere else after my previous experiences. Excellent doc!
Even though I injured my dominant hand, I really enjoyed working with Dr. Loredo and his PA to regain use. Oddly though, for a hand doctor, I don't understand why the office staff insists on patients completing hand-written forms when they have a hand injury and can't write. Emailing a PDF fillable form a few days before each appointment would solve this.
I picked this Dr because I read through the reviews and felt it was a better fit for me and I'm glad I did. From start to finish, the whole staff was amazing. Dr. Loredo was the 2nd surgeon I saw for my issue but he took way longer than the 1st Dr and actually explained the situation better. Julie was the young lady that assisted with my intro paperwork and questionnaire. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the situation and what I can expect.
