Horrible!Does not answer the phone or calls back to schedule appointments. Changing PCP right after this review. Avoid this doctor at all cost.
Horrible bedside and not helpful
I booked an appointment over a month ago. Tell me why I get a call the day before my appointment telling me “I never filled out the new patient paperwork,” despite never being told I had to do so. Don’t most doctors offices send an email? Or even have you fill it out day of? I was never informed by phone, by email, or by text. They had a month to send me the information or even a “reminder” email. Amazing that if I cancelled the day before, they would send a bill. Either way, awful experience.
