The office staff and nurses are lovely, Dr. Mendez is not. Had I not looked at my blood work on my own and shared the results with another provider, I may have died from a life threatening condition. As I write this, I still have not heard from his office about the blood work in question, and was informed by my other provider that laboratories are required to send a critical alert to the doctors office directly.
