I am extremely disappointed, I had high hopes of getting help here and this not the case, you do not get called when you have test results. Her lack of communication is very poor. Just disappointed. Not patient centric.
Dr Smita Pechitty is lacking communication skills, follow-through and compassion. My first appointment was in October 2021. She lacked compassion and the ability to communicate or provide a plan of action clearly. The office staff has proven to have communication issues. Getting timely results or prescriptions has proven to be a challenge over and over. When I scheduled my appt on March 8, 2023, I was to have new labs done. I have been seeing Dr. Pechitty for one year. She is the first rheumatologist to diagnose my Rheumatoid arthritis despite a negative blood test for disease. I am having good results with the treatment plan set out for me. Dr. Pechitty is not only a great physician, she is also a Healer, who can read between the lines of her patients’ test results. For anyone who suffers from arthritis, Dr. Pechitty will do her best to find a treatment plan right for you.
Aisha at the front desk has been lovely to work with and Dr. Pechitty is refreshingly thorough and will order extra tests to gather more information.
