Flattery was very nice during the consult and had better bedside manner than many sports medicine doctors/NP’s. He also, refused to reschedule after a family emergency citing he could not because he “spent too much time prepping for the service (platelet lysate). When prepping (as we discussed) simply involved purchasing smaller syringes that cost a few dollars. Super nice doctor. Incredibly well informed and took a full hour to explain everything to me so I could easily understand it... I felt sincerely welcomed and embraced by him and the staff....
I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Payson recently and will be refering patients to him for not only Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, but also for his amazing regnerative medicine programs.
