I had an appointment at 12:20 Feb 25 2025, upon arrival informed by a different doctor’s MOA that Dr.Pournazari’s MOA Kim was not there due to a power outage. Was told she would call her, after the call I was informed that Kim called me and left me a voicemail (never received any missed call or voicemail) I asked if I could receive a call back from Kim. My dad & I came to Royal Columbian Hospital in the ambulance on Sunday November 3 @11:04 am where my dad would have episodes of his heart stopping every 8-10 minutes apart at home, in the ambulance and in emergency. Around 12:15 pm dad was connected to the heart monitor with the ER Doctor Coutin who knew dad needed the cardiologist Dr. Pournazari to see dad around 1pm to determine that dad’s heart was stopping within minutes and needed a pacemaker.
