I couldn't even reach anybody for a first time appointment. They ask you to call at 8 am sharp. Tried couple of days ago and I was “the 5th in the queue for 20 minutes and by that tine I have to go into my office job. Then I tried again today from 8 am until 8.25 am and the phone was not even ringing.
