In my opinion... - mixed communications and different instructions between doctor, staff and on-call doctor - woefully lacking aftercare instructions - after my ER visit due to a nasal hemorrhage, I was in office for post care and asked to be handed my list of more questions, the response I got from doctor was "I don't know why you need that, I've already told you everything you need to know" (I proceeded to ask my questions, which in fact had NOT been addressed yet) - doctor response was overall defensive. I wish I had found Dr. Suchanova years ago. She is a caring physician who takes the time to educate her patients. The RhinAer procedure was a success, and for the first time, I can breathe freely through my nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Suchanova for any ENT-related concerns.
