I am not sure whether to rate Dr. Pavlakos or the new dental practice he joined. I am getting crowns on two teethe, and Dr. Pavlakos will not use the same day crown service that GS Dental offers. My next upcoming appointment will be my third and not my last because he refuses to have the crowns made in house. On top of that, the temporary crown came off as I was eating dinner last night. I have been seeing Dr. Pavlakos and Christine for a few years. Never had a problem until he and the crew moved to GS Dental. I will not go back there. I hope Dr. P enjoys a wonderful retirement and I will truly miss Christine and Joyce. GS Dental is out of my network and I was NOT warned before treatment. Not happy, as I am on a TIGHT budget.

I would like to give warning!! Do not go to this dentist!! First of all they abused HIPAA. They released information about me over the phone without my permission! Second this dentist and his staff do not disclose ahead of treatment your financial portion. I had to ask them to get a prior authorization from insurance. Something I thought was standard.
