After spending 3 weeks in discomfort I found Dr. Beerelli. My initial call to her office was very pleasant. Her staff was polite and caring. After meeting the doctor, she diagnosed my issues and set in place a plan. After a few days my issues were still with me. I contacted her office and again her staff worked me in for another visit. Dr. Beerelli stepped up my treatment and after 2 days my issues subsided. I could not be more happy with the Dr. And her office.
I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Beerelli, Kate Nurse Practioner, Mary - Beth, Dorsy, Francis and I am forgetting a few people. This practice has saved my life! Thank you!
My child was referred to an allergist and it was a 6-7 months waiting list. I talked about having to wait long for an allergist at a daycare and one of the mums told me about Dr. Beerelli and how great she is with the patients and welcoming staff. I had about a 4 month waiting list, but so worth it. She answered all my questions and introduced me to another cream that actually works for my baby girl! So glad to have been able to see the doctor and her team. We will be back! The office is SO clean and welcoming!
A real way to check the quality of care and service is to see what happens when a problem arises. I was happy to receive a phone call from Dr. Beerelli and discuss the coverage problem with her directly. Truly exceptional care for more than 9 years with amazing results; it allows me to forget about my allergy! Thank you, Dr. Beerelli!
