My primary doctor referred me after diagnosing my allergies . Their office called me and asked my symptoms, then said their office can’t help me. We’re very resistive to scheduling an appointment. After pressing several times for an appointment “since my doctor did refer me” I was offered an appointment 4 months out. Go elsewhere. Update. I spoke with the doctor, she said abdominal pain is not allergies and she can’t help me. So even if you get a referral, if you have abdominal pain then this is not the place for you.
Wish there was no stars! This office is bad. I have amazing insurance (BCBS) PPO, I don't need referrals to go to specialists & not just that but I was referred by my own doctor2 days ago yet they never called back. claimed they had not processed my info yet. Then said they wouldn't be able to get me in until August anyway. I told her don't bother.
Always a great experience when I go to Dr Beerellis office for my allergy shots. They are all so kind and helpful and I am in and out. ❤️ Great staff and great customer service.
