I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this doctor’s office was so concerning that I feel obligated to share it for other patients. I scheduled my first appointment months in advance (around October/November) and wasn’t able to see the doctor until February. When I finally had the appointment, it felt rushed and my symptoms were not meaningfully addressed. Dr. Shulman is the best OBGYN ever!!!! She took over my care at week 20 of my high-risk pregnancy and managed every complication and concern from that point on. She is extremely competent, very cautious, and took all of my observations and worries seriously. I always felt listened to and like nothing was being brushed off or minimized. The last month of my pregnancy, her office accommodated a highly vigilant monitoring schedule for my baby. Dr Shulman is the only doctor that can make preterm labor, bedrest + a NICU baby a beautiful experience :) seriously such a kind person and selfless. goes out of her way for her patients.
I went to see Dr. Shulman last year for the first time and I literally, no exaggeration, waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room before they took me in. After 2 hours, I went up and asked when she would be seeing me and they said soon. I waited another 30 min. When I saw her and told her this, she mumbled something about how they didn't tell her I was there. What??? It was so unprofessional. Anyway, come today for my annual checkup, I drive from Sherman Oaks and the 405 was packed. I called and said I was running a little lat... read more
