The office has the rudest staff. My daughter had a referral sent to them a few weeks ago. I called to see if they got the referral. They said they had it & it’s “ under review “. And the tone of the staff girl was rude. What the heck! I thought physicians were supposed to take care of patients. I guess they now just pick who they want to see, no matter how sick someone is. Short version: The front desk/scheduling lady was so rude to me that I ugly cried. TLDR: After having my doctor send over a referral and transferring over my previous healthcare records, I hadn't heard from Dr. McMurtry's office in over amonth. So I called in and got someone at the front desk. After giving my name, the front desk lady said, "Dr. McMurtry will not be seeing you. You know, we saw your file.
