She ignored when I told her for a year that I got up several times to go to the bathroom, I had been going to her for over 3 years.A test she scheduled for me gave results I might have cancer, she just ignored the results of the test she scheduled for me. I went to Mayo and got everything done.
Horrible. Terrible personality. Performed cystoscopy. Either missed a growth or didn't bother to tell me about it.
First, I'm a 74 year old male with multiple male urinary problems. I got in to see her because I could see her quicker and female doctors seem to listen better. She got serious with all problems I had and done testing right away, which found that I had prostate cancer and started treatment immediately. She is very professional and really listens. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.!
Dr. Bunde helped me when every other Urologist couldn't or wouldn't. She took the time to explain my options and when it came time for surgery she made special accommodations. Glad i went to see her, and i will again as needed. Bryan
I went to Dr. Bunde's office, because I was having back-to-back UTI's for 4 yrs.. I was 15 mins. late. The office mgr. told me that "I was late and would not be seen because of policy". They didn't even ask "why". By the way, I was in an electric wheelchair. It is fairly difficult to load; we have a lift on the back of our Jeep which my husband loads. We leave trying to use our best estimate, but I can't "run" for the appointment like I used to. I also have 3 chronic illnesses
Surgery revealed that my mom had a mass instead of kidney stones. A CT scan was performed on a Saturday and results given to Dr Bunde early Monday. Mom was in excruciating pain. Phone calls to Dr Bunde Mon through Wed were not returned. I requested that radiology send results to our GP. The GP phoned 30 min later saying that Dr Bunde would call us. At 7:30P on Wed, she finally called with the result. She said that she did not call sooner because she just did not have time. Thus, Hospice delayed.
Dr. Bunde is caring and takes her time with her patients. She really wants to help find a solution that works for you. She is very patient and doesn't just prescribe meds to get you out of her office.
