I don’t know why they would give me assign me a Doctor Who is located in Santa Clarita, California and I live in Lancaster California. That doesn’t make any sense. I imagine that she’s a good doctor but that’s too far for me to drive.
I’ve not had a good experience with this doctor or nurse. When you call I’m not sure where the calls are being received but it’s difficult to understand. They try to get ahold of Dr. Baileys nurse and can never get a hold of them nor does she call back. I just get pills and sent home and thats not what I’m wanting. I need to find the root of the problem. Nice, yes she’s nice but don’t find solutions others than prescribing pills and yes I have insurance yet all I get is a prescription & sent home. Never given any attention. She did no exam. Always blood tests and never gave me results, even though I asked her nurse and her for a print out. She was taking calls from her hospice patients when I took time out of my work day for my appointment. Now I find out she no longer takes my insurance, which I was NEVER notified. IMO “Dr” Bailey and Heritage Sierra Medical group needs to be reported to the medical board and I am in the process of doing so. For those who are holding out hope she’ll do what you need, don’t.
