Never given any attention. She did no exam. Always blood tests and never gave me results, even though I asked her nurse and her for a print out. She was taking calls from her hospice patients when I took time out of my work day for my appointment. Now I find out she no longer takes my insurance, which I was NEVER notified. IMO “Dr” Bailey and Heritage Sierra Medical group needs to be reported to the medical board and I am in the process of doing so. For those who are holding out hope she’ll do what you need, don’t. Dr. Bailey Walton takes the time and listens then gets tests. Great doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. PBW for years. She is always so patient with me, comprehensive in examinations not only physically but also mentally/emotionally. I have never felt rushed, she is always calm and she truly listens. Would recommend 100%. The only thing I am not crazy about is when you call to ask questions or schedule appointments, you are calling an international calling center. I have experienced some cultural and linguistic barriers when trying to communicate.
We love our doctor.
