He’s dead won’t call you. His obituary states he chose to die peacefully, so rest in peace. Don’t expect a call … or cancelation… what can you do

I’m not sure who needs to read this… but Dr Paul has passed.. I realized this after I was waiting for my virtual appointment for over 45 minutes… Telus Health did a horrible job at notifying all patients that were referred since I didn’t hear about this until I called them asking why the doctor no showed.. So a response to the few people who left bad reviews because of the cancellation.. it wasn’t a vacation, this man was terminally Ill. You can google his name + obituary to see for yourself. Cold and rude. Was only interested in making me purchase additional tests from colleagues of his. Didn’t talk to me at all or let me speak. Felt like speaking to a cop at a traffic stop.

Waited 10 months to see him, his office cancelled the appointment 3 weeks prior to visit, siting that he was "extremely ill." How do you know you're going to be extremely ill in 3 weeks time? It was obvious that he wanted to take a Chritmas vacation. Then the office sent me piles and piles of surveys and questionnaires to fill out. Everytime I filled out a survey, there was another one sent by the office. Thousands of impersonal and invasive questions, that leave you feeling extremely dehumanized.
