Dr Topf was really nice and friendly towards me. Nurses were nice at this location aswell.
As another reviewer said, if you're looking for someone touchy-feely to listen to your concerns and answer questions, look elsewhere (we were rushed in and out in probably 7 minutes and got the distinct impression we were an annoyance), but Dr. Topf addressed my mom's messy ear infection (she's been to see four other medical professionals without success!) and apparently diagnosed it correctly as a fungal infection, because it cleared up. Believe the poor reviews. This guy is in it for the money grab—coasting to retirement. He was 100 % uninterested in helping. Don’t waste your time or money. Look for a doctor with better ratings.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This was the most dismissive appointment i’ve ever had in my life. I have blockage in my eustachian tubes from mucus build up from being chronically sick and he looked in my ear for less than half a second before dismissing me and saying i needed to get a hearing test before he goes any further. I had a not so good experience with Dr.Topf, He was very dismissive and very rushed I felt like i wasn’t being heard at all and left very unhappy with no answers.
