He has treated my husband for years and he likes Dr Nguyen.
I came on here to check reviews because I took my father in today and could not believe how rude the front end lady and the nurse were. Dr Nguyen was polite and professional but that staff needs to get it together!
I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by my dentist. I was immediately impressed with the warm and friendly reception from Heidi. Dr. Nguyen was also very friendly, professional and informative. He explained my options and made recommendations about my procedure. I'm very happy with the work he did. I was concerned about the pain but he was very gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.
UPDATE: The doctor and medical staff are great. That being said, the front office staff is terrible. You'll be in good hands with the doctor but good luck getting an appointment.
Dr .Nguyen is a VERY competent physician, however, his staff is absolutely the worst . He needs to fire everyone and start over. They are the most incompetent and condescending people we've ever dealt with.
