Dr. Spell is absolutely incredible. I recommend him to everyone. I met him as a new patient last year, see him almost monthly, and he has done wonders to correct my should and back pains. Seriously, I cannot say enough. He is also a great and very friendly guy. I am new to Greensboro, but if you need a Chiropractor (as most of us do), Paul is your guy.
I would highly recommend Dr. Paul Spell to anyone in need of a chiropractor. I started going to him based on the recommendation of the chiropractor I had seen previously, who gave up his practice in Greensboro to work elsewhere. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! Dr. spell really takes the time to find out what’s wrong and make sure you leave their feeling 10 times better than you do when you walk in. Don’t go often but when I do, it’s really needed.
