Really happy I chose this clinic. I wanted the best of the best for this type of procedure which has such an impact on your looks and life. I did a lot of research before going through and they certainly charge a premium price, but I was happy to pay every cent because that level of experience in the room and reassurance really garners that as they are arguably one of the best teams not just in the country but the world.
Both Dr Robinson and the team at HTM were all exceptional at the approach to the customer experience. As well as being so accommodating and patient in answering any and all questions or concerns I had raised. The staff were most delightful to speak and interact with. I had my procedure done with Dr Spano after doing a lot of research on the best hair transplant clinics in Melbourne, and he recommended a two-stage procedure with a 12–14 month gap which worked perfectly for me.
