Dr Shim is great, but the phone system is just awful. I have called for weeks now and cannot get through. I have no idea how this is acceptable patient care. I understand they must get bombarded..but no voicemail AND no one answers? Perhaps hire a few more clerks that just deal with calls. Just a thought.
They don’t submit forms to wsib they refuse I have contacted a lawyer to take care of it I will never go back to dr mussett
