Five stars to Dr Shim but one star to his office reception. I get an appointment made by the office without confirming with me, and not being able to make it i could not get through to cancel. No one answers, no voice mail! Ridiculous!

Dr Shim is great, but the phone system is just awful. I have called for weeks now and cannot get through. I have no idea how this is acceptable patient care. I understand they must get bombarded..but no voicemail AND no one answers? Perhaps hire a few more clerks that just deal with calls. Just a thought.
