I am the son of James Talbot, a patient of yours at The Californian Nursing home from 8/15/23 – 9/3/23. I am writing for two reasons, to tell you how wrong you were about him, and to ask you to be better. My dad’s stay at the Nursing Home was tough for him as it is for all in that situation.
