My mom and I started seeing him when our doctor retired. We don't mind the wait as we know he takes the time to thoroughly check on his patients. He also sit's and listens to everything we need to say to him. This how Doctor's used to be and we're happy that doctors like him still practice!

This dr is HORRIBLE!!!! You wait hours for your appointment because he moves so slow then all he does is refer you out. You’re sick & can’t get in. They say they’ll order a test & when you call back to have the test done they say nope it has to be scheduled even tho you’ve been sick for over a month. Waste of time & space. He shouldn’t be a dr.
He is amazing doctor. He will sit and listen to you. He actually makes you feel like a person not just another medical case. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I would recommend him to anyone I talk to.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Rutkowski for a couple of years. He is always eager to listen to what you have to say and is very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended.
