I was pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Richard. While he is arrogant and rude, he wanted me to take some natural routes before discussing any type of surgical procedure. I am disciplined and prefer nonsurgical solutions. I was in medical sales for many years and know personality doesn't determine the expertise of a physician so I looked past his lack of bedside manner - I just want relief from the constant pain in my neck. PLEASE READ!! I have suffered with chronic lower back pain for decades. Multiple surgeries, shots, PT, and lots of drugs did not resolve my situation. Dr. Richard accurately diagnosed me after 2 x-rays and 1 MRI - my leg length differential was causing scoliosis (I had lost 3 inches of height!) and chronic pain.
