Tourigny Paul R Md - Eastern Carolina Internal When I lived in the area and my grandmother was alive she saw Dr. Tourigny for many of her chronic problems. He was very nice and patient and was great with her and our family. I have been there when she has had some outpatient procedures and he is really good with explaining the procedure and findings.
