First thing, let me say that Dr. Quinlan is very good, as is my long-time hygienist Ann, and I trust & recommend the services of both. I also have a history with this practice going all the way back to Dr. "Luke " Lucas. I hate to leave (& admit that I may regret it), but my too often difficult experiences with the front desk staff unfortunately reached the point of no return at my last visit. Dr. Quinlan is very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He did a great job explaining what I had going on and what needed to be done to fix my issues. What he felt needed to be addressed were backed up by issues I was experiencing, so I knew he wasn't trying to suggest fixes that were unnecessary. The staff there are all fantastic. I'm sincerely impressed by everyone's professionalism and the friendly atmosphere. I feel like I am in good hands! They are worth the drive for me!
A cap had come off my tooth last night. I called Dr. Quinlan's office this morning and they got me in to see him very quickly. Dr. Quinlan repaired the cap and placed it back on my molar. I was very happy that Dr. Quinlan made sure to get me in quickly and get my cap fitted back on my tooth. Thank You Dr. Quinlan and your staff.
I've been going there for almost 13 years and could not be more pleased. Dr. Quinlan is extremely talented and provides excellent care. Kim does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking great care of many other dental needs.
