Doctor Piper has been treating me for diabetes for a couple of years. He has always shown me kindness and professionalism.
I was referred to See Piper due to my Graves disease history by Wellcare HMO Medicare. It was a very impersonal meeting. Ordered blood work and revisit. I RCVD a letter stating that he no longer accepts my insurance. Ok, but I got another referral to him.. he is still on the list.
Very disappointed with the office and had a new patient appointment. I arrived early and waited in the lobby. My name was called and then I was seen by a medical assistant student, which I do not mind but was not informed of this as it is also required by them. The medical assistant student honestly was struggling and no one supervising. I then waited for 40+ and still wasn’t seen by the doctor. I thought the doctor was very thorough, he took the time to answer all my questions. If I have any future issues I would definitely go back.
