I have been a patient of Dr Peterson for 15 years and could not imagine going to any other physician. Dr Peterson always takes time to listen carefully my complaints and treats the situation conservatively and correctly time after time. I have 6 other family members that see him in his practice at my reference. We all find him to be a very qualified and professional doctor.
Dr. Hargrave gives you his undivided attention. He is always thorough and never steers you wrong. He is a fantastic physician.
Dr Lotkowski is nice, but the folks who answer phones and schedule appts. Are very rude. They lack courtesy, patience and a professionalism

While Dr. Hargrave himself is thorough and helpful, his staff is told to schedule appointments every 15 minutes (yes, like every other doctor's office). However, they are still scheduled this way when he is the only doctor in the office. As a result, appointments TYPICALLY (per staff member's own words) run over an hour late. The office does not see this as being their issue/problem/responsibility. Oh, we don't call you. That's not necessary. total disrespect for patients, other than getting $
