This is to hopefully alert Dr. Bajpai of her front office staff:My father, 84, had an appointment in December 2025. An hour before his scheduled appointment, he received a text message alerting him that the location of the office had been changed from Woodbury to Deptford. This would have required him to seek transportation, but with absolute minimal notice, he was unable to obtain this; and therefore, had to abandon his scheduled appointment. Dr. Lotkowski is a great doctor and gives thorough answers...that is when you can actually get a message through or book an appointment. I understand when days are busy, but when you call for a same day appointment the answer should either be 'yes we can see you today' or 'I'm sorry there are no openings, but he can see you on such date'. Even to see another provider there you apparently need his approval. Office Staff is hit or miss in terms of attitude.

When Paul walks into the exam room and says, "What brings you in this time?", he just destroyed any chance of being taken seriously as a doctor, especially when the patient is cognizant of the fact that he's paying for that doctor to have that attitude, and even more so when that patient is an expert in verbal and non-verbal communication and body language. I'm not wasting any more time with this jerk.
Dr Jason is very caring, thorough and easy to discuss issues with.
Love Dr. Peterson husband was his patient and I have been for many years. He is thorough and caring and listens to all of your issues. The only issue is trying to get through to make an appointment...the prompts take you to more prompts and you never get to speak to a human.
He has been my doctor for 20 years.he is the best in my book.with out him I would have died 20 years ago. AMEN
Physicians like Doug are why people go to Philadelphia for treatment. Patients have options. Settling for a childish and unprofessional PCP is a thing of the past.
Jason is a good doctor but his office staff hurt him. 8 out of 10 times they mess things up and most of the time are rude when its pointed out. A patient should not have a 10 am apt, get there at 9:45, be put in a patient room at 10:30, only to wait another 30-45 min. All with no explanation, apology for wasted time, nothing. It is a recurring patter and is unacceptable.
after a year and you haven't made an apt they drop you to new patient status then that way you cant get an evening appt. then they will make you come back again to address the issue youre seeing the dr for bc your 1st apt is an intake appt. all about just charging the insurance. extremely long wait time too
