Office help need lessons in receiving new patients. Professionalism is a gift.
Have left 4 messages attempting to make an appointment at the PBG office since June 10th, for an already established patient. ZERO return phone calls received. Dr. Mendoza is a FANTASTIC physician, but the office staff is completely inept.
I’m a new patient of Dr. Mendoza and feel utterly satisfied with the handling and treatment of my case! He very efficiently set up bloodwork and other tests to be reviewed the following week and both times answered my questions and asked if I had any other questions prior leaving. He inspires confidence in his diagnosis and recommended treatment.
