I went to Dr. Macillas to get a more comprehensive assessment on my prior diagnosis of ADHD. With past psychiatrists I was given a brief questionnaire and quickly diagnosed. It wasn't enough for me. I wanted to be sure. So, I decided to undergo a 3 day intensive neuropsch. assessment. Everyone that I worked with was professional, communicative, and friendly. NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! I made an appointment for my son but had to cancel it and got another referral from my PCP for a different doctor. The office representatives are so awful so much so that it is nauseating. They have no respect for you when they interact with you over the phone. They are constantly talking over you and interrupting you such that you never get any of your questions. answered when you get off the phone with them. Very condescending and rude. They seem under trained because they never know the answers... read more
We got an assessment for our 6 year old son. Dr. mancillas was amazing with him and with my husband and I. He was kind and patient. Once we got the report he went over all of it with us and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The bad reviews are because of one of his front staff employees. And yes, there is one that is pretty rude. But just ignore her because Dr. Mancillas is great. I highly recommend him.
