I feel lucky to have found Dr. Presti. After dealing with a deviated septum and crooked nose for over 20 years, I recently had these conditions repaired by this elite doctor. I was very nervous for my appointment with Dr Presti after having an unpleasant experience with a different ENT. I was greeted with kindness the moment I walked in the door. I was very pleased with Dr Presti. He is very professional and so is his staff. His examination and treatment were quite exceptional.
I have nothing but the highest regard for Dr. Presti and his staff. Everyone is professional, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Presti is the best. He explains everything in detail and will answer any and all questions so that you completely understand what is going on. He is very patient and detailed oriented and truly wants to help find a solution to your situation. He really listens and wants to help. I highly recommend him.
From my initial contact by phone with Dr. Presti's office staff and consistently thereafter, I found the attention and treatment I received from the entire organization to be effective, efficient, compassionate and highly supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Presti. He is patient, kind and will go into detail regarding the diagnosis. I never feel rushed like I do at Summit Medical Group.
I had a serious case of nasal polyps and had my operation (which took 8 hrs to give you an idea how bad it was) in May 2015 and Dr Presti is an absolute rockstar!!! His knowledge, his bedside manner, his attention to detail, his follow up visits all 5 stars!!! This Dr truly lives for his profession. He loves what he does. I will never forget the morning of my surgery when I was meeting with Dr Presti in the pre-op room (and this was 5 am) and he looked so fresh and ready. Highly recommended!!!
