Dr. Norris is an excellent physician, and I’ve always appreciated his care. However, the office staff has been consistently frustrating to deal with. I’ve been on birth control for seven years, and every time I’ve requested a refill, Dr. Norris has approved it promptly. This week, he’s out of the office, and I submitted a refill request last Thursday. It’s now Wednesday, and I still haven’t received it. I visited dr Norris’ office today and was extremely disappointed by the wait time. After waiting for over 2 and a half hours, I had to leave without seeing anyone. This was not my first time experiencing this; during my previous visit, I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead of you. The lack of respect for patients' time is concerning. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that the practitioner had left for lunch. I hope this feedback can help improve the efficiency of your office in the future.
I want to start by saying that the doctor I saw was very professional and kind. I felt confident in their care and appreciated their demeanor and attentiveness. However, the office staff is absolutely incompetent. I was scheduled for a hysteroscopy with biopsy, and prior to the appointment, a staff member told me that my copay would be $2,400. It was my 1st time going to dr. Paul Norris’ office today bc Mount Sinai where I normally go was fully booked until next month… & this place got me in same day. The office is beautiful! The staff was incredible 10xs nicer & more helpful than any other gyno I’ve been to... I absolutely LOVED my experience with Dr. Michelle Sheffield today. She was extremely knowledgeable & didn’t get irritated once after I asked her a million questions. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you!!
