I saw this doctor for nearly 10 years. During that time there were several occasions where I was not informed of lab results, i.e. anemia, UTIs. The staff are awesome except for the small thin one. She is not patient-centered. Had to pay several $82 co-pays because she would not submit pre-approval forms. That was the last straw; I changed my PCP the next day! Customer service sucks!

A Family Doctor is what you need in the neighbor. Two partners who actually work well together. Very professional, friendly and who take the time to get to know you and your ailments!!!! !!!!!!!!And, THEN THERE’s THE ANSWERING SERVICE FROM HELL!!!! If your office is that busy then hire someone in the office to answer phone calls. Not an answering service that never gives the doctor the calls or itself never picks up.
