This review is strictly about office practices and appointments. I cannot get an appointment in to the office after spending a week in the hospital and needing to follow up right away. I can’t get the office to call me back after leaving three messages. You can’t see anyone else in the practice even if the appointment is four months out for your Dr. no one answers the phone it’s strictly call back and a machine. Fabulous
Today I had several tests done by Dr Ljubich & he was wonderful! His professional yet friendly attitude was so calming and reassuring. I highly recommend him as well as the kind n caring staff he works with!
Dr. Ljubich seems to be quite comfortable with not affording my young and severely anemic husband with quality care. In addition, he gave my husband his colonoscopy results while he was recovering from anesthesia and I was 3 minutes away. My husband had 6 biopsies, and has only heard of 1 result. The office, you cannot speak to anyone and must leave a message and wait for a return call. We have called 4 times for the results over 2 months, and still, we have not heard!
