I have been seeing Dr. Kenworthy for a while. My PCP referred me to him after my PSA was elevated in January It took until March to get a appointment. He ordered Labs and my next appointment was June 6th. At that time he ordered a MRI and that wasn't done until August 8th. His staff forgot to send in Paperwork. I was seen in the Huntsville Texas office and Dr. Kenworthy also referred me to another specialist in Huntsville. Dr. Kenworthy's office obviously does not know that faxing a referral cover sheet to another doctor entails including the written REASON OF WHY Dr. Kenworthy was referring me to the other doctor. I'm angry that a doctor's office staff is unaware of this. I had to make too many calls back to Dr. Kenworthy's Huntsville office to get the referral done correctly. This is not a good sign.
