Dr. Scioscia did a phenomenal job on my breast surgery, my initial surgery done by another surgeon had left me looking freakish. I thank him for making me look "normal" again. He also did my upper and lower lids and I could not be happier. He and his staff made the whole process easy, comfortable and caring.
No-this guy is a 50-50 proposition. Go somewhere the outcome is more reliable.
