Unprofessional staff, have bad experience today, one of techs working at 1500 victory blvd office entered the room to check on me unprepared, doesn’t know reason of my visit, when I discussed my case with her, said to me you’re rude, go and come another time, no action from the staff or the doctor. The doctor not concentrating, when I asked him which eye has the problem said not sure may be both?!?
