I think Dr. Giganti is the best doctor and surgeon of all my doctors. I have been his patient since 2019. Before he opts for surgery expect to have a visit with him that will take at least an hour to explain the results of test and MRIs. Then will will not push you to surgery without you doing your research, second opinion if you want and talking with family members. Never have I ever experience this approach from any doctor. He is very attentive to your questions and goes over all findings with you in detail.
Dr. Gigante and his Team are true professionals. My spinal treatment was on time, as expected, no surprises except the lack of typical hassles. They are GREAT.
